Content is viewable on cloud-based computers, such as Chromebooks, as well as Mac and Windows computers. Most content is available on tablets, but it is not recommended that work is submitted using a tablet or phone.
If you are taking your PVOnline course on a PVSchools campus, the computers will satisfy all the technical requirements necessary for you to participate.
If you are taking the course off-campus, you are responsible to ensure your computer meets the listed technical requirements:
- computer with an updated Operating System - Macintosh OS X or Windows 7, or Chrome OS minimum are recommended
- high speed internet connection
- Internet browser - Chrome, Firefox, or Safari are recommended (browsers should be updated to the latest version)
- Do not use Internet Explorer as it has caused work to be lost and issues with formatting.
- Google Drive through your PVSchools email account
- safe plug-ins may be required on some assignments
- allow pop-ups to appear in your browser
